Can I edit the template colours to match my brand?
Yes — every colour is editable. Use Canva's brand kit feature (free) to apply your colours in one click, or manually update each element. Most coaches customise once and save their version as a master template.
Do I have to ask my client before posting?
Yes — always. Use a Social Media Release Form (we have a free template for that too) before posting any client photos. Every slide in this template has a placeholder reminder about consent.

How often is the template updated?
We add new layouts every quarter based on coach feedback. Once you've copied the template to your Canva, you own that version forever. If we publish updates, you can copy the new version separately.
Does it work for non-transformation content?
Yes — layouts work for race day shoutouts, programme launches, client testimonials, milestone celebrations, behind-the-scenes content. The 'transformation' framing is just one use case.
Is this connected to SpurFit's platform?
It's a standalone free resource. Works whether or not you use SpurFit's coaching platform. We provide it because content is one of the hardest parts of running a coaching business — and we want coaches to spend more time coaching.
